Along with novelty gift cards, the other inexpensive plastic tchockies I like to scout for are kids meal toys.
As a followup to last year’s Wendy’s Wii toys, Burger King is offering this year’s Wii-related tiny toys intended for tots (but not those under the age of three, of course). The ten toys are:
- Chain Comp Launcher
- Rumbling Tumbling Diddy Kong
- Float and Go Boo
- Galaxy Blast Mario
- Flip and Stick Donkey Kong
- Light-Up Luma
- Metroid Challenge (mini marble game)
- Mario to the Rescue (magnet game)
- Whirl ‘n’ Twirl Princess Peach
- Mario Kart Yoshi
I’m not certain what order they are being released in since they are not numbered. Each toy comes with a mini plastic WiiMote shaped component, not shown on the Burger King site except for the Galaxy Blast Mario toy (ye olde plastic helicopter). For the Mario Kart Yoshi toy, for example, the WiiMote is stamped into the toy’s mini steering wheel.

There are ten (10) toys being released and each toys comes with a mini instruction manual and coupon codes for $5 off four Wii games purchased at EAStore: Boom Blox, Boogie SuperStar, Littlest Pet Shop and Nerf N-Strike. require the promotional code printed in the coupon book. The codes appear to be the same in each book but, ,if you find pothers, feel free to post them in the comments section below. The two coupon codes are:
- $5 off Boom Blox or Boogie SuperStar: EABK47381
- $5 off Littlest Pet Shop or Nerf N-Strike: HASBRO
The bag I received my meal in was a color printed brown paper bag with Nintendo imagery (I miss those larger, environmentally-unconscious boxes) and included the kid’s activity book. I’ve scanned all and, along with a few extra photos, provided them for you to view in the photo gallery.
If you get all 10 toys, do let us know which is your favorite.
