Photography is a Crime?
This is a story that you just can’t make up. We were first alerted to this blog post by a few others on the social web. As time has gone on, the story is beginning to make it’s rounds. It’s really a surprising one to read.
We’ll sum it up for you. Basically, an art lover and photographer bought a new membership at SFMOMA after they said on their site they were allowing pictures to be taken in the museum. The patron was forcibly ejected from the museum being told he could not take pictures. Even though he tried to explain, he was still treated horribly and ejected from the museum.
Sci-fi Geeks Have a New Place on the Web
Nathaniel Payne of Nerdflood.com alerted me to the fact that all of you sci-fi lovers have a new home away from home. Tor.com re-launched their site as a small social network for sci-fi lovers.
What does the site feature? A blog with multiple contributors, free stories, an art gallery photo section and a message board. Looks like sci-fi lovers all over the world have a new place to geek out.
For a much more comprehensive review and, more information check out Nerdflood.
May the Schwartz be with you! …Wait, that’s not right, is it?
